The LocHerRoom Studio is unique, specializing in the care of Microlocs and Sisterlocks. We love our clients and we cultivate our client's locs for healthy growth and retention. The below clauses reflect our business hours and scope of work as a "Niche Beauty" salon service in the state of Georgia. Most of the loc specialist at the LocHerRoom Studio work other jobs in the morning hours resulting in limited operational hours designated for late afternoon, evening, and limited weekend availability. We carefully vet each potential client to increase an ongoing client to loc specialist relationship that is fitting for both. As a potential client at LocHerRoom Studio, you must understand: Required

Weekend appointments are limited (every few available, if any at all)

Most of our appointments are scheduled in the late afternoon to evening hours (M-F)

There are no SPECIFIC days although we try our best to schedule you on requested dates

Retightening appointments for Microlocs are every 6-8 weeks required. For Sisterlocks every 4-6 weeks is required for the LocHerRoom to care for your locs. Your next appointment is usually booked prior to leaving the studio. If unable to upkeep, self-retightening is an option.

At the time, we do NOT offer shampoo services. Our recommended home loc care regimen for all clients is every 7-10 days as self-care of your locs and scalp.

You will refer to appointment prep instructions in email and text notifications upon receipt.

We offer microlocs and Sisterlocks are created by the interlocking method only. We do not offer 2 strand twist or braids. However, we do service (self-retightening) transfer clients which locs are created by 2 strand and braids. We work with the natural hair only. No extensions for installs, repairs nor services.

We vet each client intentional if your hair and locs meets our scope of work and services. Likewise, we hope that you were inspired by a client of ours or seen our work online to vet us.

Locs Establishments, Ongoing Maintenance -Retightening Services, and Repairs are separate appointments ; scheduled and priced accordingly.
