Before completing the questionnaire, ensure you have done your due diligence in researching whether it is the branded, Sisterlocks or Microloc(k)s. Expectations as a client vs. loc practitioner relationship, locs care/ regimen, prices, loc sizes, retightening intervals, etc varies from one loc professional to the next (quite subjective). Please ensure you know which type of locs (Sisterlocks or Microlocs) you desire moving forward with completing this questionnaire. We will not select for you nor book a consultation if you are unsure. If unsure, continue to do your research first and return back to proceed with booking your consultation. Transfer clients are welcome based on your current condition of your locs and efforts that it meets our scope of services and availability. Client intake is not guaranteed.

Upon receipt on your questionnaire, a LocHerRoom representative will contact you for a consultation date and provide payment terms.
